[B] – Job Searching & Licensing
Seeking positions as a stock broker trainee will offer you opportunities to learn the ins and outs of the field. You’ll also receive sponsorship to take the Series 7 Exam which is required to trade stocks, bonds and options on behalf of clients. Your firm will pay the $305 fee.
Additionally, the Series 66 or 63 licensing exams are required also. For these sponsorship is not required and the fees for both exams are $155 and $125 respectively.
[C] – Registration
In order to perform financial services for clients in Nevada, registration to the state is required. The fee for registration for sales representatives (stock brokers) is $125. Registration must be renewed every year as it expires on December 31. The cost of renewing is $100.
